A: For legal reasons, we ask that all those purchasing Bulletins sign
a Statement of Responsibility (SOR), located on the
mail order form.
This simply verifies that you understand that the information contained in

Q: How are Bulletins sold—as a set or individually?
A: Basic CARE Bulletins are available individually or as a complete set. Each bulletin amplifies the messages of the others; thus, we sell the complete set at a reduced cost, complete with a three-ring binder for easy access.
