For over 12 years, the IBLP ministry in Taiwan has been going strong. Hundreds of children and parents have surrendered their lives to Christ in response to the power of God’s Word and the dedicated witness of the teachers who have come to serve. We are pleased to present an opportunity for you to take part in this ministry! In January, a team of young adults will once again travel to Taiwan and Hong Kong to share God’s love with children through Children’s Institutes.

This trip is not for the faint of heart. The schedule includes three back- to-back Children’s Institutes—an arrangement that is sure to test each person’s endurance, and force everyone to rely on the sustaining strength of our Almighty God. Faith will be challenged, abilities will be stretched and hearts will be changed.

Team Activities

The team will spend the first week in Kaohsiung, a port city in the southern part of Taiwan. From there, they will travel to Hong Kong, and then they will conclude the tour in Taipei, the capitol of Taiwan. Sightseeing and other activities will be scattered throughout the trip.

Training

All team members are required to have attended a Journey to the Heart retreat. Previous experience with Children’s Institutes is greatly beneficial.

Leadership

The Taiwan/Hong Kong Children’s Institutes are supervised by the IBLP office in Taiwan, led by Timothy Chen (

). Team leaders for this trip have yet to be announced.
